AVID Property Group (AVID) is proud to support not-for-profit, industry and community organisations across Australia through its Community Sponsorship and Grants Program.
Sponsorships and grants play an important role in shaping a community through capacity building and strong partnerships. AVID offer a range of grants designed to help communities prosper, promoting local growth and sustainability.
AVID’s Sponsorship and Grants Program is divided into three categories: Build, Connect, Activate.

Build < $50,000
Build grants support large projects or campaigns, with potential national reach through shared promotional activity. An example of a Build project is AVID’s partnership with Take 3 for the Sea.
Fulfilled and closed for 2021

Connect < $10,000
Connect grants help create lasting community partnerships and connections at a local level. An example of a Connect project might be a local arts festival or school program.

Activate < $2,500
Activate grants support local initiatives at a grassroots level, with projects delivered within local AVID communities. Activate projects might include gardening workshops or fitness programs.
