Sienna Gardens was a residential development located in Claremont Meadows, in Sydney’s western suburbs. Sienna Gardens has exhibited strong growth, due in part to its excellent road transport network. The development was close to both the M4 and M7, thus providing convenient commuter access to the Sydney CBD. Penrith, one of western Sydney’s major metropolitan centres, is a short distance from the development. Sienna Gardens is in close proximity to shops, medical services and educational facilities. A range of Sydney’s leading builders’ home design options were offered in the development and lots have been purposely oriented to allow maximum solar access, achieving energy efficiency to new dwellings.

The development’s masterplanning process had to resolve the many and varied planning challenges including flora and fauna, acoustics, salinity, bushfire and land contamination. AVID Property Group identified these challenges at the masterplanning stage addressing them and working through them expeditiously during the detailed planning and design stage.
