The first houses in AVID Property Group’s Tempo living range have been completed, with buyers moving in to their new homes late last month.

Sales Manager Simon Ewing had the pleasure of presenting one of the new home owners, David Lowe, with a bottle of champagne to congratulate him on his new home and welcome him to the Brentwood Forest family.

Mr Lowe said that he was looking in the area for three or four months before deciding on Brentwood Forest.

“Brentwood Forest ticked a lot of boxes for me – the location is great and the houses were really affordable,” said Mr Lowe.

“While there were units and townhouses in my price range, I was just looking at detached houses. I’m not really one for unit living.”
